NIOLOG Digital Sign
The NIOLOG Digital Sign is easy to install and requires no additional technology. It works without power/internet connection and a mobile phone connection is also not required.
The unique ID of a location can be read out flexibly via NFC Technology (Near Field Communication) or via the printed QR Code. A simple scan automatically opens the NIOLOG web form.
An intelligent algorithm ensures that a unique and system synchronous authentication code is generated with each button press. In combination with the previously scanned ID, this ensures accurate location and time monitoring.
With the help of custom forms, further application and location-specific data (e.g. personal ID, order number, device status, documentation, ...) can be recorded directly on any end device.
The own employee on site or an assigned service provider only needs a common smartphone or tablet. Depending on the version of the operating system (iOS, Android), the installation of additional apps may not be necessary. NFC and QR Code scanners are available free of charge for older devices.
NIOLOG Management Portal
Via the NIOLOG Management Portal the digital signs are comfortably managed by selected employees and configured according to their own specifications.
In addition, the customer-specific forms are defined here and all information captured is presented in a user-friendly and clear way.
Current and historical data can be checked and analyzed at any time and made available in various formats for export. The user can flexibly configure necessary interfaces himself. Integration into existing systems is therefore possible without any problems.
If required, conditions for automated and time-controlled notifications can be defined. In this way, additional users can be informed by e-mail, SMS or messenger about any events.
Access to the portal is controlled by a secure and role-based user administration.
NIOLOG Digital Task Log is used wherever regular or situation-related control and documentation of tasks or processes is required.
